Glutaminase inhibitor CB-839 increases radiation sensitivity of lung tumor cells and human lung tumor xenografts in mice

Abstract

The results support the proposed mechanistic link between GLS activity and GSH synthesis and suggest that GLS inhibitors are effective radiosensitizers.
