Abstract

This study examined how leadership causally related to team citizenship behavior. Three waves of data collection allowed causal analysis. Empowering leadership related directly to Team Citizenship. Transformational and Authoritarian leadership related directly and negatively to Team Citizenship. The relationship of leadership to Team Anti-Citizenship was mediated by job satisfaction.
