Strain and seasonal effects on peanut characteristics.

Abstract

Data are given from trials with 67 cv. during several years on the effects of variety and season on characteristics of the protein and oil content of groundnuts. The dominant factor in oil stability was shown to be its linolein content.-M.R.H.
