The paper broadens the focus of transmission line pulse (TLP) data beyond I‑V curves. The paper describes a constant‑impedance transmission line pulse system with new measurement capabilities and improved accuracy. The system employs a constant‑impedance transmission line pulse design and introduces a calibration method and standard TLP test method for industry adaptation. Accurate TLP measurements and TLP/HBM device data demonstrate dV/dt effects, HBM/TLP correlation and miscorrelation, underscoring the need for correlation and repeatability of experimental data.
