Schottky transistor logic

Abstract

Circuit/device concepts, evolving from MTL/I <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</sup> L, that improve power delay and speed limits of superintegrated logic, will be discussed. Results from exploratory devices show the feasibility of the approach.
