Turnkey Projects

Turnkey Projects is a mode of international market entry whereby a firm contracts to design, construct, and fully equip a functional facility in a foreign country, transferring ownership to the client only after the facility is ready for operational use, thereby distinguishing it from other entry modes by its temporary operational role and complete handover upon completion.
