Single-chain Variable Fragment Libraries
Single-Chain Variable Fragment Library is a recombinant antibody library constructed by fusing the variable heavy and light chain genes of immunoglobulins via a flexible peptide linker into a single gene sequence, enabling the display of functional antigen-binding domains on the surface of bacteriophages for high-throughput screening in phage display systems.
