Polysome-associated Translation Analysis

Polysome-Associated Translation Analysis is a computational and experimental methodology that integrates polysome profiling with ribosome footprinting to specifically assess the translational status of mRNAs actively engaged in multiple ribosome complexes, thereby distinguishing high-efficiency translation events from monosome-associated or non-translating transcripts.
