Mixture-based Library Synthesis

Mixture-Based Library Synthesis is a combinatorial chemistry strategy that involves the concurrent synthesis of large collections of chemical compounds through the stepwise coupling of building blocks in a split-and-pool manner, where each synthetic step generates a mixture of intermediates carried forward as pooled entities, thereby enabling the rapid generation of molecular diversity through recombination of building blocks across multiple reaction cycles.
