Endosperm Proteomics

Endosperm Proteomics is a subfield of seed proteomics that specifically focuses on the comprehensive identification, quantification, and characterization of the protein complement expressed in the endosperm tissue of seeds, thereby enabling the elucidation of molecular mechanisms underlying endosperm development, nutrient storage, and physiological functions.
