Disability Discrimination

Disability Discrimination is a form of unlawful differential treatment in which an individual is adversely affected in a protected domain, such as employment, education, or access to services, specifically on the basis of a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, thereby distinguishing it from other forms of discrimination by its focus on disability-based prejudice and the denial of reasonable accommodations.
