Decolonizing Curriculum is an academic concept within curriculum studies that refers to the critical reconfiguration of educational content, pedagogy, and epistemologies to dismantle colonial hierarchies and center marginalized knowledge systems, thereby distinguishing itself from culturally responsive or inclusive approaches by challenging the foundational dominance of Western epistemic frameworks in formal education.
