Complementarity-determining Region (Cdr) Optimization
Complementarity-Determining Region (CDR) Optimization is a computational and experimental refinement process within antibody humanization that specifically enhances the antigen-binding affinity and specificity of humanized antibodies by strategically modifying the amino acid residues in the complementarity-determining regions while preserving their structural integrity and immunological function.
