About

Circular economy is a systemic paradigm and interdisciplinary research field investigating regenerative models of production and consumption. It examines strategies to design out waste and pollution, extend product and material lifecycles through reuse, repair, remanufacturing, and recycling, and regenerate natural systems, thereby decoupling economic growth from finite resource depletion. Its significance lies in fostering environmental sustainability, resource efficiency, and systemic resilience across economic activities.
