Cd3 Complex Signaling

CD3 Complex Signaling is a molecular signaling mechanism within the T cell activation pathway that comprises the transduction of antigen recognition signals from the T cell receptor (TCR) to the intracellular compartment through immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) embedded in the CD3 subunits, thereby initiating downstream cascades essential for T cell effector functions.
