Board Network Effects

Board Network Effects is a theoretical construct in corporate governance that refers to the cumulative advantage in board decision-making quality and strategic influence arising from the interconnections and shared affiliations among board members across multiple organizations, where the value and effectiveness of the board's collective expertise, information access, and relational capital increase nonlinearly with the density and reach of its network ties.
