Bioprocess Scale-up

Bioprocess Scale-Up is an engineering methodology in bioprocess and fermentation engineering that systematically translates a bioprocess from laboratory or pilot scale to larger industrial scales by enlarging reactor volume and adapting equipment design and operating conditions so as to maintain or improve the established biological performance, product quality, and process robustness.
