Beta-sheet Rich Aggregates
Beta-Sheet Rich Aggregates is a structural class of protein assemblies characterized by a predominance of β-sheet secondary structure, distinguished from other protein aggregates by their ordered, cross-β architecture in which β-strands are oriented perpendicularly to the fibril axis, commonly associated with amyloid formation and conformational diseases.
