Author Consent

Author Consent is a formal legal and ethical agreement, as a subclass of intellectual property permissions, wherein an author explicitly relinquishes or modifies their moral rights in a creative work while retaining ownership or authorship, thereby permitting specific uses, alterations, or distributions that would otherwise be restricted under moral rights doctrines.
