Affinity Maturation Screening

Affinity Maturation Screening is a methodological framework in antibody discovery that systematically evaluates and selects antibodies with incrementally improved binding affinity through iterative rounds of mutation, selection, and functional assessment, distinguishing it from primary screening approaches by focusing specifically on the optimization of antigen-binding strength in already reactive antibody candidates.
