Abstract

These findings demonstrated that high-Trp diet exerts anti-inflammatory effects via upregulating AhR and suppressing NF-κB pathway, and its mechanisms may be mediated by regulating gut microbiota, suggesting that Trp diet may be a potential strategy for AD intervention.
