Neoadjuvant–Adjuvant or Adjuvant-Only Pembrolizumab in Advanced Melanoma

Abstract

Among patients with resectable stage III or IV melanoma, event-free survival was significantly longer among those who received pembrolizumab both before and after surgery than among those who received adjuvant pembrolizumab alone.
