Confirmation of the Stereostructure of (+)‐Cytostatin by Fluorous Mixture Synthesis of Four Candidate Stereoisomers

Abstract

Vier ähnliche Isomere wurden als mögliche Strukturen für Cytostatin mithilfe von fluorierten Gruppen in Form einer Mischung synthetisiert. Auf der Grundlage von NMR-spektroskopischen Daten, Dünnschichtchromatographie und optischem Drehwert konnten drei Isomere ausgeschlossen und die 4S,5S,6S,9S,10S,11S-Konfiguration für Cytostatin bestätigt werden.
