Dynamic Combinatorial Resolution: Direct Asymmetric Lipase‐Mediated Screening of a Dynamic Nitroaldol Library

Abstract

Unruhe in der Bibliothek: Die Nitroaldoladdition wurde für eine effiziente C-C-Verknüpfung zum Aufbau dynamischer kombinatorischer Bibliotheken verwendet. Diese thermodynamisch kontrolliert erzeugten Bibliotheken wurden in einem Eintopfprozess mit einer kinetisch kontrollierten, lipasevermittelten Umesterung gekoppelt (siehe Schema). Die Racematspaltung durch das Enzym führte in hoher Ausbeute zu enantiomerenreinen β-Nitroacetaten.
