Our results delineated immune landscape and subtypes in OSCC, consolidated their clinical values as robust biomarkers to predict patient survival and therapeutic benefits and reinforced key roles of TIIs and tumor-immune interactions underlying oral tumorigenesis, ultimately facilitating development of tailed immunotherapeutic strategies.
