Abstract

In the absence of lymphodepletion, CARs targeting solid tumors are hindered by Treg immunosuppression and poor persistence. Here, CARs were modified to circumvent Treg suppression and to simultaneously improve <i>in vivo</i> engraftment. Modified CARs treated solid tumors without a need for lymphodepletion.
