Talazoparib in Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer and a Germline <i>BRCA</i> Mutation

Abstract

Among patients with advanced breast cancer and a germline BRCA1/2 mutation, single-agent talazoparib provided a significant benefit over standard chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival.
