This study examines the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior with the mediating role of psychological empowerment. Data were collected from employees in different sectors like information technology and Cargo across UK and Canada. The results of confirmatory factor analysis supported the distinctiveness of variables and moreover results confirmed the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior both directly and indirectly through psychological empowerment. The Cognitive evaluation theory was used to in support of findings. Implications of the study are discussed.
