Low-volume SIE elicited greater post-exercise plasma catalase activity compared to HIIE and CMIE, and greater H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> compared to CMIE. Plasma redox status did not, however, adequately reflect skeletal muscle redox-sensitive protein signaling.
