It's a continual challenge to keep up with constant change. People at the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County (N.C.) created a two-part plan to help staff members keep up with the sea change of technology. This article explains both parts: PLCMC's core competency program and the Learning 2.0 initiative that followed.
