Population pharmacokinetics of caffeine in healthy male adults using mixed-effects models

Abstract

The population pharmacokinetic model satisfactorily described the disposition and variability of caffeine in the data. Mixed-effects modelling showed that the dose of caffeine depended on cigarette smoking status.
