AMOLED Pixel Circuit With Electronic Compensation of Luminance Degradation

Abstract

A new voltage-programmed pixel circuit using hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) thin-film transistors (TFTs) for active-matrix organic light-emitting diodes (AMOLEDs) is presented.
