Abstract

Knowledge management in organizations lately has become strong focus to improve enterprise's quality. Knowledge management is relatively new among practitioners and researchers on how it can be designed and implemented in organizations. Unfortunately, several past researches founded the failed implementation of knowledge management in organizations. Hence, it is essential to figure out some success factors that are appropriate to support an implementation of knowledge management. This research aims to elaborate Critical Success Factors (CSF) which influences Knowledge Management Implementation in Organization using a survey method. Afterwards, research model will be figured and all factors will be explained clearly as an outcome taken from this study. This study constructs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model with several variables. The authors spread questionnaire to some physicians in teaching hospital at Rumah Sakit Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM), Jakarta. The result shows that several success factors for knowledge management implementation are education and training, human resource management, top management support, and organizational culture.
