NMR Multiple Quantum Transitions by Second Quantization Formalism

Abstract

Single and multiple quantum transitions in NMR are calculated using a second quantization formalism. This leads to a great formal simplification with respect to the usual rotating frame treatment. The results strictly agree with the experimental data available for thiophene.
