Quantum Nuclear Motion
Quant Trumps Nuclear Motion is a theoretical framework within quantum molecular dynamics that explicitly models the non-classical, wave-function-based trajectories of atomic nuclei under the influence of quantized electronic potential energy surfaces, thereby departing from the classical treatment of nuclear motion inherent in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation.
