In this paper, we investigate the topological Hubbard model on a honeycomb lattice. New types of quantum states---topological spin-density waves---are explored, for which the low-energy physics is solely determined by Chern-Simons-Hopf gauge field theories with different $\mathcal{K}$ matrices. In the formulism of topological field theory, we studied the charge-flux binding effects, edge states, and quantized Hall effects in different topological spin-density waves.
