Abstract

Phosphoflow cytometric quantification of p70S6K phosphorylation may play an adjunct role to pharmacodynamically guide an individualized mTORi therapy. It may have potential to be used in purity testing of Treg suspensions generated for adoptive tolerogenic therapies.
