Th2 Immune Response

Th2 Immune Response is a CD4+ T helper cell-mediated adaptive immune response characterized by the secretion of interleukin-4, interleukin-5, and interleukin-13, which drives B cell class switching to IgE production and is predominantly involved in the pathogenesis of IgE-mediated allergic reactions and type I hypersensitivity.
