Swarm Command is a conceptual framework within human-swarm interaction that specifies the mechanisms and protocols through which a human operator exerts supervisory control over the collective behavior of autonomous robotic swarms, distinguishing it from direct individual robot control by enabling high-level, scalable, and intent-driven command issuance to emergent swarm dynamics.
