Solar Geometry

Solar Geometry is a branch of applied geometry and solar radiation theory that quantitatively describes the apparent position and movement of the sun relative to the earth and to specified points or surfaces as a function of time, date, and geographic location, in order to predict solar angles, paths, and irradiation conditions relevant to bioclimatic and daylighting design.
