Single-nucleus Epigenomics
Single-Nucleus Epigenomics is a methodological framework within epigenomics that enables the genome-wide profiling of chromatin states and regulatory elements at the resolution of individual nuclei, distinguished from bulk or cell-based approaches by its application to isolated nuclei, thereby facilitating the study of epigenetic heterogeneity in complex tissues with minimal dissociation artifacts.
