Single-cell Enhancer Analysis

Single-Cell Enhancer Analysis is a computational and molecular genomics approach that identifies and characterizes enhancer elements at the resolution of individual cells, enabling the inference of cell-type-specific regulatory activity through the analysis of epigenomic signatures such as chromatin accessibility, histone modifications, or transcription factor binding in single-cell assays.
