Secretory Expression Systems

Secretory Expression Systems is a recombinant protein production platform that enables the targeted translocation of expressed proteins across cellular membranes into extracellular or compartmentalized spaces, distinguished from intracellular expression systems by its utilization of signal peptides and secretory pathways to facilitate protein folding, post-translational modification, and simplified downstream purification.
