Search Orders

A Search Order is a type of interlocutory relief that authorizes the plaintiff’s legal representative to enter the defendant’s premises without prior notice to locate, inspect, and preserve evidence essential to the litigation, distinguishing it from other provisional remedies by its intrusive, investigatory nature aimed at preventing destruction of relevant material.
