Receptor-ligand Complementarity Analysis
Receptor-Ligand Complementarity Analysis is a structural bioinformatics method that identifies and evaluates the spatial and physicochemical compatibility between a receptor's binding site and a ligand by mapping interacting features such as hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic contacts, and steric constraints to guide rational drug design.
