Ras Inactivation

RAS Inactivation is a biochemical regulatory mechanism belonging to the class of molecular signaling events, specifically characterized by the transition of RAS family GTPases from their active GTP-bound state to an inactive GDP-bound state, thereby attenuating downstream oncogenic signaling pathways in cellular proliferation and survival.
