Protein-binding Libraries
Protein-Binding Libraries is a type of dynamic combinatoratorial library constructed from a set of interchanging molecular building blocks under thermodynamic control, in which the target protein selectively amplifies and stabilizes high-affinity ligands through binding interactions, thereby enriching the library composition toward biologically active compounds.
