Pathway-Centric Repurposing is a computational drug repurposing approach that identifies new therapeutic uses for existing compounds by analyzing their effects on disease-relevant biological pathways, distinguished from network- or target-based methods through its focus on pathway-level perturbations rather than individual targets or network topology.
