Pangenomics

Pangenomics is a genomic framework that, as an extension of traditional genomics, integrates the complete repertoire of genes and non-coding sequences from multiple individuals within a species to capture the full spectrum of genetic diversity, thereby enabling a more comprehensive understanding of evolutionary, functional, and structural genomic variation.
