Neutral Lipids is a class of lipid molecules characterized by their nonpolar, hydrophobic nature and lack of electrical charge at physiological pH, primarily comprising triglycerides, cholesteryl esters, and sterol ethers, thereby distinguishing them from charged or amphipathic lipids such as phospholipids and glycolipids.
